Returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund if the items are unworn, unwashed and with the included tags. If returned after 14 days a store credit may be issued. Sale items are final and will not be accepted for return.

At Rural Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy for items bought from our Rural Rose. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
2. Timeframe:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team using the contact page or at Jaden@ruralrose.com within the 14-day period. They will provide you with instructions.
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
4. Refund Options:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- If you prefer, we can also provide store credit for future purchases.
5. Exclusions:
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, or earrings unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
6. Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping fees and any non-refundable taxes or customs duties paid on international orders are non-refundable.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.
8. Final Sale Items:
- All sale or discounted items are final sale.
- Bodysuits, undergarments, earrings, and swimsuits are final sale.
Please note that Rural Rose reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above-mentioned criteria or if the return is initiated after the 14-day period.
